Full Leasing

OPEX Subscription Model

The Concept

You pay a single, recurring monthly or annual fee per asset. This fee includes everything: hardware (OceanLabs), software (3 Sixty VMS, Pulse), cloud analytics (AWS), maintenance, support, and updates. You are essentially renting the entire technology stack.

The Process

Consultation We assess your specific assets and operational goals.

Agreement Sign a master service agreement (MSA) and a subscription plan.

Deployment Octologic handles the entire installation and configuration remotely or on-site.

Operation You access insights via your personalized dashboard.

Key Terms & Conditions

Contract Term: Standard term is 36 months. Shorter terms (24 mo) available at a higher monthly rate.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit (often 2x monthly fee) is required pre-deployment.
Installation Fee: A one-time fee covers initial setup and configuration.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): Guaranteed 99.5% platform uptime and 24/7 support response times.

Hardware Warranty: Typically 24 months for purchased hardware.

Updates: Software updates are included in the subscription. Hardware upgrades can be purchased separately.

How is pricing structured? Are there hidden fees?

Pricing is per asset (vessel/rig) per month, with tiers based on your data and video needs. Costs cover hardware, software, support, and updates. The only extra fees are a one-time installation charge and a refundable security deposit. No hidden costs—we prioritize transparency.

How long does setup take, and what’s involved?

Most systems are installed and operational within 2–4 weeks. After a quick site assessment, we ship pre-configured hardware, and our team guides your crew through installation or handles it remotely. You’ll access insights from day one.

Can I start with one asset and expand later?

Absolutely. Most clients begin with a 6-month pilot on a single asset. Once you see the value (e.g., lower fuel use, fewer downtime events), scaling across your fleet is seamless—we replicate the setup quickly across additional vessels.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your data completely. If you cancel, we’ll securely export all your historical data in standard formats (e.g., CSV, JSON) and assist in transitioning it to your systems—no lock-in, no disputes.
